To Donate Cards to the Collection

SCCGS will archive, index, and preserve photocopies, images, or original Funeral Cards donated for this Collection by anyone.

Please download, read, and sign the Funeral Card Donation and Release Form
(requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)
Get free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Send this signed Release, and your Cards
1. to the Society address by U.S. mail, or
2. as images by e-mail to the Project Director.

SCCGS will digitize or photocopy your Cards if you are not able to do so. However, SCCGS will not be responsible for loss or damage during this process. Original Cards are only returned to the donor when accompanied by a self-addressed envelope stamped with adequate postage.

To Obtain Images or Paper Copies of Cards

Non-members, or SCCGS Members who want paper copies, may request them from the Society using the Funeral Card Request Form

SCCGS Members may receive free digital images of any Card in the Collection. Limit two (2) Cards per request. Kindly wait until delivery before requesting more images.

Member requests must include

• Your Member Code Number, located in the upper left corner of your mailing label
• The name and date died for each Card desired, as shown in the Database.
• Click this E-mail Request by SCCGS Member.
